The timeline of fortune buildings goes back to 2019, when the mother company by the name of fortune holdings was established and registered.. We as a real estate company safe guarded the assets of our clients during the testing times of COVID-19, benefitted our clients during the property boom time and again provided them the most safe options during declining times in the last one year. Although our history is not too old, yet we performed well in the undulating market and ensured the maximum profit to our valued clients.

After a thorough study of the real estate market and the trend analysis, we have analyzed that although investing in real estate in the shape of plots and files was a good option, the abrupt hike in construction cost towards the end has put a question mark on its profitability. Keeping this in mind we decided to develop a platform which can cater for the construction cost and make the investment most profitable.

The projects of multi storey buildings was the most viable option whereby the buyer is investing gradually into a terminal product of apartment or commercial shop from day one, whereby he or she does not have to worry about the hike in construction cost and the profit is multiple times more.

A daunting challenge in this regard is to direct the client only towards those projects whose completions are guaranteed. For this purpose our team with a great understanding of the multi storey buildings scrutinizes each project separately, goes through all the details of each developer and once fully satisfied in all the technical details, signs an MOU with the respective developer to safeguard the interest of our clients.
